That is interesting as any referenced to POKER is now seen as a game of chance.

The key line in that quote is...
The game Poker face has nothing to do with the card game Poker, it has no Poker iconography. So I would doubt it would be excluded just because of its name which is a common expression to describe "a visage lacking any expression that can be interpreted".
So Skill Ball Bingo could not just be renamed Skill Ball Bongo and be re-released, they would need to redesign the game.A business cannot therefore avoid AMLD or restrictions on where machines can be sited by just changing the game title or the manner in which it is described.
