pints make prizes hex clone with three pint glasses filled by solving hangman style phrases.
has the addition of some entertaining categories: common spelling pistakes, lager, unpleasant ways to die.
very attractive game with some neat bonus features (pull the barmaid gives you free booze). i like it; second game i got £5 so it is possible to win more than a quid. but don't take the bonus when you near the money because it is impossible.

southpark a bit complicated but pretty stylish. nothing like the old version except for the licence. standard Q&A, only played one game on it.

bingo game thingy speed pseudo-skill game fronted (bizarrely) by a swiss tony lookalike. there is almost certainly someone out there who can ace this. not me though.

VB won't be surprised that his golden tit seems to have vanished. overall a good udate. pint make prizes is a winner.

South Park complicated? It seems like Bullseye to me, only with the addition of a few skill-based type games. You wanna see complicated, go and play the Da Vinci Code.... :)

on SP i only played one game and the points seemed to fluctuate. i was saving the words category for the end then it went to 25 pts instead of 100. which threw me so i went back to filling up my pockets on rejuvenated WU.

as for DVC that was pretty simple for me. horses and courses maybe. the only bit of south park i have ever found amusing is when tom cruise won't come out of the closet so i may be prejudiced.

Hmmmmm, I wonder if that was the intention then?

I'd hazard a guess it probably was. The points for each subject change each time you take one, so arguably its best to take the subject with the highest points associated with it, unless you really don't want that subject. I made the same mistake as you, but i quickly worked out what it was doing :) It was also offering only 300 as a target score. Got to the end game and won £4, so i was happy enough! Strangely, the next target score was 900. Hmmm ;)

Well, the time spent 'making it disappear' was definitely worth it.

And, looking on the bright side, if it's off the scene, I can boast about being the best at a game again. 8)

I'm afraid to say that it's still to be found, even on machines with the new batch on. :D

Hmm, last night i found a south park for the first time, and you had to answer 3 questions before you got to a grid where you had to get pairs of pictures to win, i take it that's the old version, but as my brother has the IQ of lettuce we didn't get very far.

Is it any good??

Sadly the strike it rich has gone, or does it rotate the 8 games you can see, or are they the only 8 games left on the machine?? (Sorry for noob question)

Possibly not old, so apologies in advance - (not many paragons near me) - played Trivial pursuit and actually got to the middle first go and won £4. :)

None of the other games really appealed to me though.. :(

That does sound like the old game, although I haven't encountered the new one yet to be able to compare the two. I always found with the old one that you were given a fair chance of getting to £3 but never more than that - it would switch from 1 question per square to 3 questions per square and the spoilers would kick in as well. I never got the Cashpot and would be surprised if anyone ever did. Not a great game by any means.

I was playing this in an empty pub and the barmaid was chatting to me cos everyone was outside in the sun. She was a nice girl but really fat. I didn't expect her to jump on me when I got the Pull The Barmaid bonus. I think she was joking but I bought her a drink to make her go away. Wierd.
If she was fit it would have been brilliant!
