Well I have the motive, having recently found a GGDR SUX (shakes fist in Istenem's direction) in Angel, but it wasn't me. I suspect the dirty fingerprints of VBob/Fotherz.

Incidentally, there is a sight on the Word Soup at Zetland Arms, South Kensington that, if created by a player and not programmed into the machine, ranks alongside VBob's 2497 for achievement. 39 words is as we ALL know the maximum one can use in clearing. The first time this is achieved, I believe the person responsible is ranked first in the "Most Words Used" grid. All subsequent occasions presumably then rank as second, third etc. Someone or something has manipulated this so that the top ten on the Most Words scoreboard reads something along the lines of:

AUSTRALIAN
CRICKETERS
ARE ALL
HOMOSEXUAL
AND THEY
ALL SHOVE
THEIR FISTS
UP EACH
OTHERS
DIRTBOXES

I'm afraid I was as much, if not more, responsible for GGDR SUX than Istenem was (being with Isty at the time and - IIRC - suggesting the possibility of baiting GGDR with our tag), which is why I sang like a canary when you found it days later (I was impressed, given the whole of London, that you found it within days). The Zetland Arms achievement is considerable.

Blimey; there's no getting away with things these days is there? I don't remember where this was but it was certainly in the last few days and I was in some less obvious locations at the weekend so well done for tracking it down so quickly. In my defence I was merely pointing out my disappointment at your top score on the box in question (1300 exactly IIRC) being way down on your normal massive scores. I am usually happy merely to trail in your wake so to speak.

Of course had Word Soup allowed more than 10 letters I would have explained all this better at the time. Honest, guv!
