crossword clue thats doing my head in .. any help please!!!!

Very bored today and so I thought I would give the express magazine crossword a go. I have done most of it but this clue is really annoying me.
Wondering if any of the brainy side of this forum could solve it for me.Its on the tip of my tongue which is pissing me off considerably.

clue is .... To consider something perfect 8 letters

I think your 'R' is wrong - should be a vowel.
