Indeed. It does seem amazing though that they weren't making money on that place, given how many people they were happy to cram in there and the lack of money they were spending on maintenance (and not just on the always faulty quiz machines :roll: ).

streuth! Regent Inns have been in trouble for a number of years and they were quietly downsizing.A few weeks ago the Walkabout ceased to exist in Southampton.The Walkabouts seemed to be massive venues only busy at weekends or during major sporting events.

Same could be said of the UK, and Southampton

yes its true! I am presently residing in a bath tub in the middle of The Solent after Southamptons demise.

The Walkabout on Putney High Street has become a 'Wahoo Sports Bar and Grill' - and looks eerily like, er, a Walkabout with darker paint.
