Ditto. I haven't seen any of these sort of problems with Opens - I've never been underpaid for example - but then I haven't had that much exposure to them and hopefully they will fix any problems that are identified, which is all we would want any decent machine company to do.

Update- Fat Spanner know that Im not a fan of OPEN (The other units they make I like),however they took my concerns seriously examined the sites concerned and contacted me a day after I spoke to them. Its pretty much as I and another guy thought(personal messager),its the software that treats any biggish win(depending on the bank situation of each individual game)as a possible fraud threat and does not payout. If TIOLI has had a 100plays with no wins it will transfer if ten plays it wont. They recognise the injustice of this system and new software is being distributed to suppliers to rectify the 'flaw',however they have no way of forcing them to adopt it. In the days of gamestec and LL it would be sorted but with so minnows swimming around the advantages of having them could be counterbalanced by the disadvantages such as this case shows.

Good work for bringing this to wider attention and raising it with Open Cool; their response does sound promising. Clearly this is a sledgehammer to crack a nut. If a player becomes good enough to repeat JP something or take a JP even in a protecting game, the machine should pay out: perhaps Fat Spanner need to have game withdrawals in their system as they do on their Ind:e cabinets.
