hi,
just wondering if anybody still sees these gameboxs in pubs anywhere or are they completely extinct? thanks

they are not completely extinct they are used by tiny independent machine companies presumably because they are very cheap to buy and are generally found in out of the way places. played a cleudo standalone the other day!

There's one in the pub next to Crewe station.

There's a Cluedo standalone in Heathrow domestic departures.


Most student unions still have them too.

Cool's right. The most recent ones I've seen have been in a dilapidated hotel bar in Blackpool, and an amusement arcade in the Norfolk Broads (where I won my first ever £20 on Dr Fox - pathetic compared to some regulars of this forum!). There's also one in a pub reasonably close to central London.
