I was chatting to the barman in my local and he showed me a promotion that itbox are running.
Whichever pub's customers play Donkey Derby the most times wins £1000 for the pub's staff. So while you are losing your 50pees on Aidan or Edith in the impossible 3rd race, the barstaff might be cleaning up. Surely prize money should be given to the player rather than the landlord of the place where the player gambles???? Seems wrong to me.

from the playing perspective that is sound but like any company i doubt leisure link has the manpower to justify administering 8000+ cheques for £50.
but those golden tee gowf things used to have prizes for the best score per location so it is not beyond the wit of man.
