Such small question banks in the days of Treble Top, it could be done even if you didn't feel like removing the plug.

Anybody good enough and playing honestly could keep the jackpot out of reach of any disreputable types even if they were prepared to try and 'buy' the first jackpot. Invariably they'd finish up getting just their own money back! Quite a laugh really. :D
