bullseye £1 game - how sick can they get!!!
ok this is getting silly, it seems all the bullesye £1 a go double prize money's I know have now been chipped so for example when you get £2 on the game and it offers ie. £5, instead of getting the normal £8 (ie. as it doubles the extra money for the 101 bit aswell) as before you just get £5 - absolutely sickening they'd chip a quiz machine just to do you out of £2/3 extra pounds, typical of the lengths they go to these days.
just think of it positively , man has defeated the machine. I dont get annoyed with adapted machines that become uneconomic to play, just the twats that ban you for winning a pittance. If it wasnt for the machine companies I wouldnt be making a living. If you find a profitable game make hay whilst the sun shines.

I wouldn't say it's sick, but it is annoying. As Properpro says, it's still a good earner but its attractiveness has certainly diminshed, knocking it back down my pecking order again.
On the positive side, it only appears to have been changed on itbox.

It's the only quiz game that I've ever found remotely profitable!!! The only other current one seems to be battleships that gives sonar bonus/enter war zone after 5-8 questions that are piss easy.

chipped is commonly associated with fruit machines but I believe that it can be used for swp's as well. Its when to the casual observer a game looks the same but actually the software has altered normally to tighten up the game or to prevent players from exploiting a flaw in the programme that allows the machine to be beaten. It doesnt just mean its a lower payout it tends to make it more of a level playing field- the casual player doesnt suffer just those in the know.
To the uninitiated the £1 game was paying out a little more than was initially designed.
So if you won £2 and the bully gamble offered you £5 then rather than ending up with a fiver for your 2 quid you would end up with £8.
I thought the formula was double the bully prize minus your initial win but realise now that's not the case. It's obviously something quite simple that's passed me by!
Anyway sadly the game has been 'chipped' in that you now just get your fiver rather than the £8.
Pretty annoying given the riches this has provided recently but somewhat inevitable also.
See above post for little tip.We don't keep everything to ourselves!

lol no flicker program like on itboxes, so harder for the 101 yeh, easier to hit the wirecool wrote:gamestec & games warehouse are obviously monitering the site so expect changes to bullseye shortly after reading the tip however well intentioned. a note of caution though bullseye does not play the same and is harder on paragon than itbox that might save it for the bullseyers.
