sacred relic

Post by Istenem »

i was playing darts in islington yesterday and found a memorable itbox menu:

it seemed completely unplayed with the exception of CP1 (no SURI markers on FFQ, no decent wordgame scores) the screen was a bit iffy but that is what we used to have to put up with.

it was a whole lot of fun playing hells bells again.

I know it can't be that old, but that's a big blast of nostalgia. If Peter Kay was into quiz machines, he could do a whole routine on this.

"Who remembers when itboxes had a More Games button? And what about that Manager's Choice, eh?"

Unbelievable! I was down in London last weekend and chose Upper Street for my Saturday stroll/quiz. Made very little. If I'd seen that I'd have been in clover.
On the plus side I almost went to Tottenham after for my evening sesh but instead gave up and went back to my mates' house.

Back to School! God totally forgotten that one! there should be a repository for some of these old games- hells bells included. Something like mame but for swp.
