Great work UP - slightly helpful to have an -ICALLY jammed in the right-most columns but still a lot of work to do from there! A much more satisfactory record-holder than anything QUIZZ- related. I'm still barely playing but did manage a few games on a Paragon (I think?) in a St Andrews take away last week while waiting for a pizza to be cooked - every chippy in the UK should follow suit.

Nothing too spectacular to report, but I'll pass anything that qualifies for the website on to EWQ.

2290 last night in the rubbishy O'Neills near Angel station. I probably should have done better give the amount of nice letters thrown at me.

can't be many other ~OEI~ words without a diphthong.
onomatopOEIa springs to mind.

I was hOEIng the soil around my borders.

OnomatopOEIa is a good one, albeit diphthonged to the max. Yes we can all think of nouns ending with OE and add Ing to make a verb, but are there many other words that have OEI in that specific order? Hmmm?

bOEIng that's a proper noun, doesn't count.

Who is that in your avatar Istenem? They look familiar but I can't quite make it out. Without my spectacles on, it looks like a young Jim Davidson.

apart from wordnerdery, my other favourite hobbies are: things that are wilfully naff and sniggering at backward foreigners.

Those long freezing winter nights must have flown past watching Russian TV in the 1970s. It probably made sense after a bottle of Vodka.
