Trivial Pursuit: Essential edition

Post by ggdr »

Machine: I:n :D :E
Looks like: the much-missed original version of Trivial Pursuit
Plays like: well I don't know, because the stupid machine wasn't taking coins, was it?
Verdict: meh[/i]

I've seen one of these so far. Played about three goes, and think I won a quid on one of them. Too early to give a considered view, but I didn't think it looked massively promising, although was quite fun.

I've seen this on the new style menu with the category columns (Skill, Word, Quiz, Card).

Havern't seen it on any other boxes so shall give it a wide berth.

The one I saw was an old style menu, which is perhaps interesting.

The one I spotted was also on an old-style menu, for what it's worth. I've also found the first London instance of a machine paying by ticket, redeemable at the bar. Please may this not continue.
