Gambling Commission questioning the legality SWP's

Excuse me, but the law is published in the public domain. Why do you complain regarding transparant matters. In any event if you wish to refer to a public publication like Coin Slot then the article on Skill Bingo says it all last week , before I posted.
Anyway my comment is on the fact that Deal or no deal, Monopoly and other games are covered by legislation. For the record my company does not do so called SWP's just AWP's . So I am not be as protective as you are Barry Bell Fruit !!!

Firstly, those games are only covered by legislation if you believe that the phrase "recognised games of chance" covers Monopoly. Secondly, I don't work for BFG. It's a good guess, but you're not right! I don't work for anyone who does SWP's either - but i was concerned by the fact that you seemed to have information which could only have come from an insider. That said, if you are right in that Monopoly DOES fall under the very grey worded legislation, then the whole SWP industry is in for one hell of a bumpy ride.

Apologies for my somewhat aggressive tones in earlier posts... i'd had a very bad day (wife losing job, etc...) and was taking it out on anyone within 100ft!

Sorry to hear your wife lost her job thats really unfortunate. We are slightly concerned here at our company and hope things turn for the better.
The trade is in a mess as you understand and the matter of the taxman now going to try and take more from operators will impact on all companies AWP's and all. Anyway all the best for the holiday period although we are working through as we have new game with complex graphics to get done for the show next month, now EAG strange no ATE well it still exists but not as we know it.
All seems quiet as bosses are on a jolly!!!
