Betfair bonus playthrough?

Was having a dull afternoon so signed up to Betfair, small deposit of £10 for (hoping) an hour or so's entertainment.
Got the 100% match bonus taking my available funds to £20 in the Casino. Played for an age and thought I'd just take my tenner back and leave it quits.
Left my bal. at £20 (fair enough the £10 match bonus might not be payed out). It's saying I have no funds available for withdrawal (or even transfer) - the £20 is now only available as playing funds.
I'm not that bothered but I didn't intend on losing a tenner. How do I go about getting my tenner back - they can keep their tenner I ain't fussed.
Spent ages checking the site (T&C's) etc. for the terms of the bonus but couldn't find anything.
Any BF regulars able to shed some light on this?

Just found the information on their site.
I have to wager £300 in their 'main' casino in order to keep my whole £10 bonus! Wow, that's generosity for you!!
My balance ended up at it's original £20 though, £10 my deposit and £10 match amount = £20. But it's saying I can't have any of it.

Bet £10 on red. If you lose STOP.
If you win keep betting until either
a) You have £10 balance or
b) You have wagered £300
ps Read the rules before signing up to any bonus schemes. All the decent offers finished years ago.

Continued on BJ, lost the £20. Will never visit site again.
I have played live BJ in a casino for years and years. Have never seen a dealer as lucky as BF. Pulling 21 upon 21 - mostly when I was standing on 20.
Of course, it's not fixed.

It's NOT fixed...

I won 4000 GPB one month off Betfair, on the Zero Blackjack game. I was playing mainly 5 - 15 GBP bets. Won some, lost some - seemed to me to be fairly similar to normal blackjack cycle play. I had a few very good runs which gave me the winnings above.
I don't think it's fixed.

for an even more risk free method just put £1 on red and £1 on black, spin, then rinse and repeat till you've cycled through £300.

Same thing happened to me.
Play the games on demo sometimes if im bored. Working late one night I stuck a tenner in and got it up to £40. Common sense dictated they were never going to give me the 'free' money but I did expect to be able to remove my own cash.
Couldnt and ended up twatting the whole lot away. Never again.
Didnt even know I was going to get a bonus, and I wished it hadnt bothered.
