hi pat,
yes we are licenced by the gaming commission and we can tell you that you can all still buy fruit machines for home use, you will still have to sign a dissclaimer and us as the sellers have to put a few extra things in place like put a legacy sticker on machine and a serial number that goes to gaming commission hope this helps,

random; I didnt know you had to do all that rubbish just for a home use machine?! why are they so bothered?
My question is, if you owned an arcade, what do you have to do to buy a machine off ebay or people like yourself etc to make them legel to use publically? I know the ones on ebay always seem to have a disclaimer about a disabled hopper or something; what process do you have to go through to get them enabled?

WE BUY AND SELL MACHINES WITHIN THE INDUSTRY AND THESE MACHINES ARE NOT DISABLED AS WE HOLD A GAMING LICENCE SO NO PROBLEM, WE DONT DISABLE THEM WHEN WE SELL TO PUBLIC BECAUSE WE ARE LICENCED TO SELL IF THEY HAVE BEEN DISABLED IN ANY WAY ITS BECAUSE THE SEELER DONT HAVE GAMING LICENCE AS IS TRYING TO GET AROUND THE LAW THAT STATES THEY CANT BE SOLD WOTHOUT LICENCE UNLESS FOR SCRAP OR NO MONEY CAN GO IN OR OUT OF MACHINE.
