Hi thanks for the response. Well the way i see it is that its in great condition which to me justify's the selling price. I suppose i can knock £40 of the asking price if the right offer becomes available and it goes to a good home. have had a offer for just below the asking price so will see what further offers i get until tomorrow midnight and go from there.
