Bonfire Candidates

Post by Mattb »

As nixxy so eloquently suggested in another thread, there are certain machines which really need to be put on the bonfire this year. So what are your suggestions for godawful fruities that need to be put in their rightful place?

The first one, (and unanimously agreed upon), is Cash Blast by Voodoo.
Like putting in £100+ for a JP/MS? This machine is just for you! Poor gameplay, blocks bigger than everest and just an all round naff machine. Reminiscent of a zap lolly or a Mexican Jorge Campos goalie kit with its graphical mess. Truly awful, and a deserving candidate for burning.

Next! :D

Alteranatively they could be converted into urinals.

I'd tie the two of THEM together and burn them too - they annoy the hell out of me!

You can chuck Around the World in 40 days or whatever it's called on there too. But let me pour petrol into the coin mech first.

Oh and Bottle Bank by Vivid... <spit>

I'd be tempted to say hi-lo karate, but the sounds save it for me, there's some sick fun in turning the volume up full and going to the snooker room for a game, and being able to hear exactly what's happening when other ppl play... saved me some money over time too.. "BONUS ATTACK"

Jack the kipper is probably the worst machine i've ever played, so that can go on.

Deep impact i think it's called by mazooma, just.... what's the point of it being alive??.. burn immediately.

Ooooooooooohhh LOL! I wouldn't agree with that, I have a soft spot for globals. True, they're very hard to read, but have had some pleasant experiences with 'em...

As for my bonfire item - I'd lob a select BFM few on, like everyone else here! :)

As said any bell fruit. Mostly Ant and Dec's Blow All Your Cash Away
Other than that HI-LO Karate is a shocker.
And one not mentioned Monopoly By Mazooma (i think)
Dont think i ever had a board offer more than £4.
But i never tried to force it as i only had £200 on me :P
