Problems with Paragon Black Dongle

Hello there.
I work for a company which specializes in a range of machines. Some of which include paragons (SWPs). We have a range of field engineers that service the machines on an as-when basis. The problem is, that due to lack of communication when a paragon machine goes down or needs servicing, we are finding that the black dongles which come with the machines are often swapped out, so the dump codes are a miss-match, and it's basically impossible for us to tell which line a dongle belongs too (We are hopefully going to swap them all back to the originals).
I was wondering if there was a way to open up the black dongle (I have both available in-workshop on a Windows XP Based operating system) and view the hex inside, so we can get in contact with the correct people to assist in finding out the dump code/machine line so we can finally swap these back to the originals?
