Yeh the one I passed in Putney was off today!
Probably some way to get the button to light when it's dead.
No doubt they'll chip it so no blag pot.
Who's gonna be first on here to say they made 20 k or something silly lol!

By putting your money and pressing start. You some times get the odd hold. The power play button is just their for show, it doesn't even come on.
