Try putting a football bet on for more than £50 - at, say, 4/5 - and they'll tell you they have to ring it through to get authorisation. Then they'll tell you that you can have the first £10 at 4/5, and the other £40 at 4/11.

Compleate non story, getting a medal in a team event and individual medals are two different prices, the question is did they have a market that was including team medals or one that combined all possible medals?

It is buyer beware to what the market terms are.

For the sake of PR i'd of thought they would just pay at the team medal price.

No regular racegoing punter I know at any racetrack will back with betfred. That goes goes for the tote too.

Is it right to have a bookmaker running the tote? I swear the gap between tote odds and sp is narrowing all the time....and miraculously just before the off!! They are clearly just matching the value with exchanges.
