Well believe it or not I bumped into a player few weeks ago that plays mists for just the cashpots, yes that's right he just gets the cashpots out and then a big box after, how he gets away with playing them like that I do not know.

I don't mind getting the pots out. But if the chance is there for a 50 raise or so early on I'm leaving the pot in it.

Some players insist on getting the cashpots out, even when they could walk with a raise of £40-£50. I find people do this because they don't want other players to get the cashpots cheaply at a later time, which is counter-productive. Too many players concern themselves with what other people are making, when they should be focusing on their own profits.

Good post. I agree that a lot off people think about leaving certain pot for 'others'. I actually couldn't care if I'm making a raise in most pubs very quickly off finishing up before the pot. I get to go home and relax or socialise. With a profit and a lot earlier than scheduled. On the other hand if I spend time going for pots it could result in a loss, time and money. I'm out till last orders and I didn't get half my machines done and I'm counting up on way home hoping for my money to be evens(waste off a day).
