right here go's i had a fone call from work today i work in a work mens club and the manager foned and reconed iv been somehow tampering with the fruit machine somehow or the uva iv been writing down whats being put in then taking it out and i just havn't is there a way of proving exactly my innocennce my job is on the line so any help would be appreciated many thanks

they may have their suspicions ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but without physical proof , what can they do ?

isn't there some kind of legal timeline ,,,,,,,, like 2 years etc ,,,,,,,,,,,, where you have rights ,,,,,, so you can have em for unfair dismissal if they sack you ??? ,,,,,,,,,, how long have you worked there??

if they haven't got you doing anything on cctv ,,,,,,,,,,,,, then surely its just a vicious rumour started by someone at the club who has a grievance with you.

What have you done to the machine then? You must have at least been playing it(which you shouldn't be), or you wouldn't be asking advice on a fruit machine forum.

Arrange a clear the air meeting with the manager and bring an advisor (union person or someone who is a bit clued up on employment issues). It's only hearsay and probably nothing to worry about.
