Skill Roulette RUINED!!!

I can't believe what I've just come across!!! Those damned Skill Roulettes in pubs have been completely transformed!

Now they try to disguise that its roulette you're playing and there are 2 new themes! You get this giant message when you select skill roulette saying to conform with some crap or other the games available are now:

1 Placing bets on where a UFO will land!!! On a roulette table!
2 Something mental about alarm clocks (I'd basically lost interest by then)!

I played the 1st 1 for a few minutes, hit the 0 section for a 20p split and it comes up with "now moving to D sequence" - it still tells you sequence and spin number. Obviously you could sit and work it all out again but, from past experience on these in pubs, the percentages on them are so sick that you'd still lose for sure!

I can't believe these games have gone from being the best thing EVER to THIS! How that Nexus company is even allowed to exist with this sort of crap being allowed to rip off anyone is beyond me. Not that I was complaining when they 1st came out :o ops:

Anyone else seen this? I'm pretty sure it must be nationwide as all the old updates were. I didn't even look at the other games, perhaps I should have...

1 thing I will say is the animation was very smooth as opposed to those horribly slow ones I've seen in the past, although I do remember that one being like that with the old version so it doesn't mean its universally great now, probably hideous as always on the other ones I came across with the 2 frames-per-second speed animation.

It was particularly evil in that it was the version where you aren't allowed more than 4 consecutive numbers in your bets.

I reckon they're totally worthless now. :(

We're lucky the roulette lasted as long as it did.

I know of one with a buggy screen display. Numbers to bet on aren't displayed atall, or are in the wrong position. Total waste. 48 sequences is a piss take too, wont be bothering.

I think it's something to do with SWP games no longer being allowed to have a "gambling theme"?

Aha! Now that would explain it. It seemed like a pretty desperate attempt to do something along those lines. Very naughty then, I guess. If only it was worthwhile learning the sequences... such disgusting percentages. :(
