Barring own back?

Post by jeffvickers »

Got machine switched off on me as I entered a pub in my area.

They have a quiz machine with Casino Royale on which is illegal isn't it. Who should I report this machine to?

HM Revenue and Customs. The deadline for removing such games or getting them properly licenced was Nov 1st. I doubt though if reporting them would bring about anything more than them being told to remove it and a warning. It's down to the machine operator rather than the pub to ensure the machines are compliant.

I would be cautious about drawing HMRC attention to your own existence though LOL. If I were you I would just get over it.
