Skill Continue

Maybe I was pissed, but this has never happend to me before, I was on gold mine and hit a ? For a skill continue, now I swear I hit it and it jumped! WTF! Not once, but twice this happend, is it no longer true skill on some or was I pissed?

Have you played gold mine? I am being serious here, I think it jumps and this is a bellfruit machine. I will not be posting daft threads anymore because it is pissing people off. I swear if you play this machine you may think differently.

The skill stop on cluedo jumps among other machines though spa so I am not so sure mate. Fair enough, it does not matter on cluedo but that's not the point lol

Yes cluedo jumps to protect itself or effectively u cud skill it to pot every time... I don't see why a skill continue would jump if it could just land game over anyways!!!

I've gone for a burton (no pun intended mate!) on Skill Continues on these too. Talk about low / crap programming. As you say - just 'offer' Game Over instead of a tease that you might survive the '?' when clearly you wont...

I agree with you mate but think about hi lo silver and indy jones, why does it hit you on a ? Every spin , let you survive 10 times and then kick you off lol.

I have a lot more trouble hitting the old Barcrest ones on Lotta Luck etc.

The common denominator between Gold Mine and C'n'R is the video screen - maybe yours has a bit of a time-delay between button press and on-screen response?

This was certainly a problem with the first of the Juice terminals - when trying to land the Taxi on BTQ ...
