Are the arcades in Skeg likely to be open this time of year ??

I went to Brighton Pier on the 30th December a couple of years back and the fair / arcade was open. Going by that, I would have thought so. Plus it is a Saturday - business as normal today. The bank holiday isn't until Monday.
