The Best Ever Day

Post by john32 »

what was your best ever day,

My best every day was back in 2004 when i was playing those £500 ramdon spinners, i remember traveling down to london from Birmingham,
I heard there were at least 15 of them in those family leisures, it was one of the last days of the trick, i did 90% of the arcades, i banked 4 of them & i made £4500 profit, i had to go to the bank 10 times that day, i have never made anywhere near that kind of money in any one day. :P

Same year, 2004, put £4 into Dungeons & Drag Queens. Had 1 board, died after a few rolls of the dice. Back to the reels, it gave me enough nudges for blue 7777 reel win to the tune of £150. That was totally pure luck and I've never made that much on a machine ever since.

This year in August comes in 2nd place though, on Crazy Chair. £15 in, had several £2-£3 boards, then threw me a GATW for a flat £70, followed by a couple of decent COBs. Walked away with £105, therefore £90 profit.

i played a TIOLI near Oxford Circus (the pub opposite BHS on the side road forget what it's called).

Played 50p a play and jacked it in £30 down having had about 2 boards.

Pretty much counts as my best day, but then when i do play the fruities it tends to be because I like the flashing lights (particularly after a few drinks).

(Only touched the fruity because I'd bought a pint then put £1 in the Open quiz machine, and stood staring blankly at the games unable to summon up the will power to play any of the absolute crud they had on offer. Rest assured, as they inform me it is "HMRC compliant".)

Feel the machine. Caress it with your hands, if the machine glass is hot to the touch then it's going to drop.

But a word of warning... Some do fake heat, but it's usually there.

I'm awful at multi winline machines when I'm drunk. Especially when I decide to play on 25p a spin with beer change and I only have one line active and don't realise
