Did you see the previous game? Thought Priestley was going to turn that around.

A mate of mine is far more into Darts than me, but he reckons that his attitude is the worst in the game...

I've played a quick game against Andy Fordham and Kirk Shepherd lol. Andy used to own a pub in Dartford, so saw the big (well, not so big now!) man quite often.

Not really sure why they hate him, his reaction to the stick he gets doesn't help him tho. He often complains about crowd noise and respect from the crowd so they just wind him up even more!! It's a viscious circle!!

He often wears ear plugs to block out the noise from the crowd.

I don't think he's particually well liked amongst the other players either. He made a few sour comments about the PDC before he jumped ship from the BDO after saying on tv that he never would.

And he comes across as a miserable Cunt!!

yeah andy Fordham had the rose didn't he? I wonder if anyone done a fruit in there...

Does mervyn king really have a sign on his electro? Too funny. He also has the most unimaginative nickname in darts 'the king'.

Who saw wade v suljovic last night? Was nice to see the arrogant fuck get his comeuppance! Great game.
Bored of the grind.

Yeah I watched it, not a massive Wade fan myself so was glad to see him lose. Is he still shaggin Helen Chamberlain?

How on earth he got involved with her is a miracle. The lad can't even string a sentence together! I'm sure it can't be for money either, Hells Bells ain't exactly short of a few bob!!

Yes mate, that was the one. Been in there recently and they've got a £25 Take Two and another £25er (it's crap). He doesn't own it any more though.

ONly thing I ever played and got a £105 out of in there was a Gold Rush that he had a good few years back. Heh-heh...

I remember a few years ago in the BDO when he was acting like a cock when losing - and was stalling for time etc all over.

He even got the height of the board remeasured in the middle of the match - supposedly as he thought it was at the wrong height, but all it did was break the momentum of his opponent.

There was also a match where he claimed the air conditioning was blowing his darts off course, and demanded it be turned off when he was losing. (This was when nobody else had a problem all week)

The guy's a cunt.

He threw a dart over Phil Taylor when he was bending over to pick up his flight! Taylor wasn't happy. Crowd sided with Taylor. King does actually run a pub but it doesn't have an electro in it. His double owns a pub with a sign on the electro!!

King used to have a punt on those funny sounding Monopoly's near the door at the back of the Nuggett. His wife didn't like us looking over every now and again to see how he was getting on!!!
