I'm going to have to do a toffee nosed reply that will result in you wanting to kill me. However.....here we go.
The most burnt place in England is Pudding Lane in London. I hear that it was most burnt back in 1666.
No, in all seriousness, the most burnt place is Monks Kirby. There is one machine in The Bell Inn, a £70 jackpot Terminator, and a man named Pete sits in front of it all day calculating the %s on a pocket abacus. As soon as anyone loses £4, he hops on and wins £3. It's sick really, no one else gets a look in, it's so burnt it's unreal.

Anywhere in Kent apart from possibly the coast is burnt badly, I could name 10+ players off the top of my head who play round here on a very regular basis.
Also, the south london area and surrey area near Kent is also pretty much the same...

Generally yeah, we ventured down into Maidstone last year and found a rovers, here & now and a HLS all going....luck of the draw though. I'd agree though, anywhere towards the SE London radius is generally trash.

I've done tidy in Brum centre before, albeit many moons ago.
Any area is catchable at one time or another.
