After doing a bit of research loansdirect.com appear on a site called allthelenders.com,which is a site for lenders only loansdirect are brokers and have been reported numerous times to the oft for false advertisement and all refunds from this have been given,So on that note i would get back on the phone explaining you was directed by allthelenders.com and they shouldnt of took the money in the first place.......
