General playing method
General playing method
Made a decision, for now, today is the last day i go out specifically to play machines, from now on (while i'm still in profit for year), just spending drinking cash and stealing any wins on machines begging for it from now on (filled up by anyone around me at the time).
Decided on change of tactics due to general crappy machines in area atm, and i'm losing in general lately.
Think the knowledge i've learned here is best used in my area in a lurker capacity and going for steals when offered, every machine i've tried recently is dead (i think the nearby pubs are lying in wait for me to fill them up).

It gets alot harder to make the same money day in day out this side of the year as there is not as many people out for the day etc and stop to have a quick pint.
So I find streaks are sometimes few and far between etc, but in manc you should be alright although I know there are about 5 players up there.

Sorry for the aggressive post and the language earlier - but that post really got to me. This forum is a friendly one for all kinds of fruit machine chat IMO - and it's interesting to hear how people are getting on, how often they play, changing their routines etc.
Or maybe, warren, we should all just post every day claiming how much money we've won...

I'm coming round to this idea, hopefully 26 isn't too late to realise.Mystery_Plum wrote:I think gambling is a waste of a life regardless of whether you win or lose.
The trick is to realise this before you're too old to do anything about it. Nothing wrong with admitting that you've been losing recently.
