They're dressed all in black with the fluorescent yellow tag on their arm. I've seen one black, one asian, and one older white dude. They're usually sitting just to the right of the door.
Sutton Coldfield. He came over and introduced himself. I thought that I might have recognised him as one of the lower ebb from 5-6 years back, when I lived much nearer the centre. Didn't recognise his face, and he didn't sound brummy. But he wasn't rude or threatening.
