red gaming is or was a manufactuer that used barcrest hardware to produce their machines.

unfamilier with the machine, what board does it use?

with club machines the % is usually controlled by the dil switches.

look around the machine for info on this, jpm were pretty good at attaching info to inside of machine.

look for anything regarding to sdwitch settings.

you can use a scorp 4 power supply in a scorp 5 machine and vice-versa.
some bellfruit club machines are wired diffrent, but only the 34v lamp supply.

then you would only move two red wires over two places.
but that is unusual

something has came loose during transportation or there has been spare parts stored in the bottom.

if you post a picture of the inside of the machine, we might be able to help you rectify your problem

reels could be out of line or in the wrong order.

you would need to put it on reel test to work out whats going on

post a picture of it.

Its an old tube machine, there is no hopper top up switch.

The machine uses the top and bottom sensors to work out how much float is in the tubes and routes/payouts accordingly.

does it have 2 hoppers or a pound hopper and 20p tube?

its alarming for reel error 2.1

reel 2.1 is the left hand reel on the bottom glass as you face the machine. have a look at the reel, make sure nothing is obstructing it.

On the back there is a rotary switch and a bank of 2 switches. tha mech can be set to parallel, seriel or c-c talk mode and the routing can be changed from eeprom routing or routing mode using thses switches. i can't remember the exact process, you might want to read a tech manual for the mech.. :) ...

yeah, that the battery, looks pretty clean right enough.

if you are going to replace it, move the battery somewhere else and connect by wires to the board..
