put it in parralel mode (all switches off) and connect the parallel connector and sorter override plug then you need to program the routing manually as the mech has no ability to take routing plugs. this part i cannot remember how to do. its far easier to swop the mech for an sr5i and put that on se...

possibly a dodgy mech.

i would swop it out for a cashflow mei 9500 or above. (it will fit right in, all you need to do is make sure switch 2 is on, rest off)

the led on this mech flashes red and green , this transfers into an error code which might help indicate what the problem is..

i normally replace the psu's when they start resetting.
you might have fluked it by dropping the lamp voltage, if you have a meter check the voltage on the 48/44v line.
the lamp voltage used to be set at 48v but was later altered to 44v, its the lamps that cause the the psu to trip.

yes,
bellfruit psu's are notorious for cutting out.

when you loose on the feature most of the lamps will try to light at once causing the psu to trip out.

same thing will happen when you win a jackpot..

switching from token jackpots to all cash machines had a devasting affect on the industry, particularly in the arcade business. IMHO the £100 awp jackpot is having a similar affect with pubs. todays machines seem to be set up to relieve you of every penny available as quickly as possible. lower jack...

switch it off and on,go into test and enter the bnv key which will be 123456

is it a an old barcrest game?
if so entering bnv key 000000 will tell the machine that no note acceptor is installed.

float levels will change automatically

there will be a set of dark coloured wires and a set of red blue wires. forget about the red blue set they are for data capture. connect the dark coloured wires to either end of the switch using the outside spades as shown below. the hopper problem could be a little more tricky. Barcrest machines of...
