So is it better to get two long words (very rare you'll get the combination, then the order, then work it out, I know) or a number of 'mid range' words?

I think you need another few options, detailing how often people visit. I'm here pretty much every day and beacuse I spend half my day in front of the office pc, I check in quite often; five or six times a day probably.
