My Barcrest Psycho Cash Beast machine, when you turn it on, keeps coming up with a loud alarm and the message 575800.00.13 No 24v Drive-opto**** Can anyone, please, help???

I have a Barcrest Psycho Cash Beast machine, and I have lost the keys. Does anyone have any idea how I can get replacements?????
