Fruit Machine Chat

hi guys, just bought this machine and when i turn it out, the LEDS light up but nothing else happens, any ideas?

i recently bought the crazy fruits bell fruit machine, working fine for a few days now when i switch it on, all the leds light up (green and red) but nothing on the front of the machine, can anyone help?
