thanks for the help, that was the problem. do you know what the name of the missing bit is called. i put a nut and bolt on it bit its still a bit difficult to slide it across. the screw driver works fine but id like to buy the actual missing piece.

heres the problem, how can i open it now. i got all the keys but when i turn the key to open the top nothhing happens.

hi, i bought a 'suits u sir' club qps machine on ebay, the guy said the top door was locked and he didnt know how to open it. where the lock should be, below the buttons, there is a hole with a metal plate behind it with a circle hole init. any idea how i can get this open. i have all the other keys...
