I'd happily watch the matches at home, then pounce when the primitive pub folk are starting to disperse. Time it right and you won't feel the pressure to buy a drink. You just have to hope the machines are working to be on the end of their mug-caused munificence. Any breakdown is, as you say,...

Re: William Hill not paying out
, they refused and said they only had money in the safe for the racing ifor the next morning and there was nothing they could do. That's nonsense. There's nothing in their policies which tells staff to forsake FOBT players for the benefit of horse racing/greyhound punters. The truth there, is that ...

One conceivable way that SWPs can remain exempt from AMLD is by housing only quiz games such as Pub Quiz - where the prize amounts are always achieved at set points. It's been so long since I played Pub Quiz that I can't actually recall whether it's the same number of questions you have to answer ea...

Voted Paragon, but of the terminals listed I can't say I've seen anything other than itboxes, Paragons and Gamesnets. Living in Cumbria I'm probably another two years away from seeing the other terminals. :( Gamesnets have a small choice of (usually poor) games, and itboxes need redesigned underneat...

John Parrott's Sports Quiz
Played on an ItBox - Issue 67. Aside from Itbox Soccer I can't say I've had much success to report on sports-based quizzes... Until I played on this one today. Reached £5 on my first go, which by my standards is something to get ecstatic about. No spoilers encountered up to £5, and even as far as th...

Well, I'm not a hardened quizzer, nor am I much cop, but along with a mate who is a fan of Stephen King and Terry Pratchett, we managed to play on Hex Maniac for a good hour last night on the same pound coin. £1 win, lose, £2 win, lose, lose, lose, £1 win, lose, £2 win... you get the idea. Things In...

I will employ any tactic to win on these games. I once had a Sudoku solver on my mobile, which sadly I'd used only the once since I needed a friend to play the game while I copied the puzzle. You need to put about 10 numbers in before you've ensured there's only 1 possible outcome, which I know make...
