hi guys my problem is - i had £20 of £1 in the hopper,then i won £3.60 on it and the machine just froze and didnt pay out.Now every time i win it just keeps freezing and wont pay out. Is it because i won an odd amount and the machine doesn't pay out in 10ps? is it possible to reset the machine? any ...

hi guys, occasionally an alarm goes off saying reel c fault. sometimes when i start the machine the 3rd reel is not adjacent to the other reels. any ideas? thanks

there are 4 tubes in there, 2 for £1 coins 1 for 20p what coins go in the other tube? 10p are too big for it

when i put coins in they are getting stuck at the top - i was trying to fill the hopper with the refill key but now theres a log jam. any ideas guys
