yeah it sounds like you have a loose common, either on the loom heading to the MPU or on the lamp holders. i suggest just making sure all the wires are secure and making connection on the lamp holders. I have a 2002 Red Gaming Funfair game, and it has a few bulbs out. At first I thought it was the bulbs anyway, however after switching working bulbs into slots that weren't working, some of the ones that were working now don't work, and some that weren't working work occasionally.
