The only thing i'll say going by my experiences is... volatile

I would get out asap, really sad situation to be in when it's a family member stealing and vandalising your property. Things like the washing and cleaning up you'll pick up in no time, it's just a chore.. on the flip side you'll be an independent man, and there might be a lady around to do the house...

Take a step back and look at the bigger picture, do you have friends and family? Think of them before doing something stupid, then put yourself first and take steps to get yourself out of what appears to be a bad situation.
