2,4 Volt (2,5 Volt measured) NiMH 140 mA battery.
Rechargeable, yes. It's one with 3 legs like another old battery.

What do you think about the problems. When i let rest the machine for many hours, the problems are almost gone.

But it's still annoying problem.

2,4 volt is the answer. I have just today fiixed the MPU4 board. The battery is not leaked (lucky), but it's totally dead, almost no energy inside (40-80 mV) thus it needs really changed to new one. It wont charge up. Because i have not yet correct type, i have placed temporary smaller 40 mA battery...

Then i shall renew the battery on the MPU4 board.
Which voltage use the backup battery?
There are 2,4 and 3,6 volt choices, and i think 2,4 is the right choice.
