JPM will hold £400 when full. BFM on the other hand are generally fitted with a larger Azkoyen hopper, or 2 compact hoppers, both of which are designed to hold £600 when fitted with a note acceptor.

If the 1st replacement didn't sort it, are you sure it is the Hopper bed, and not something else altogether ?
