I have given it another clean and it does seem better.. But it still seems to have a problem with 20ps.
But it does seem to be a lot better.. Is there anything that can be done about the 'sensitivity' of specific coins?
Thanks for your help

HotStuff rejecting coins
My HotStuff has started to reject more and more coins. It started being picky with 20ps and now 30% of £1 coins are rejected too.. If I keep putting them in, almost all will eventually work, but its starting to annoy me. I have followed some instructions and 'cleaned' the coin mech by pulling out th...

Noise from Barcrest Hot Stuff
My Hot Stuff makes a strange whining buzz which changes pitch as more/less lights come on.. At first I thought that it was coming from the speaker and it is. But the noise also comes from the reel motors and the PSU. Interestingly, if I touch/move the reels, the noise changes (it gets louder). Is th...

Problem with Percentages!
I have recently bought a Barcrest "HotStuff" and I am trying to work out the technical aspects of it. I noticed when open the door, it says "DOOR 70:00", but I couldn't work out what this ment. But I have now found out that the first number means 70%, which is too low for what I ...

My "Hot Stuff" only shows 'Refill' when I turn the
I am the proud owner of "Hot Stuff" courtesy of 'Party Time', but it came without a Refill Key. I managed to get one today and turned it, expecting to see the contents of the hopper (which should be about £80), but all I get is the word "Refill". I was under the impression that I...

Where can I get a Barcrest MPU5 Service Manual
I have managed to find a Red Gaming MPU5 service Manual, but would really like the Barcrest version to go with my machine. Where can I get one? I would even be willing to buy one, but I sent a mail to Barcrest asking and it was ignored.. Does anyone know where I can get one? I have no particular nee...

Many thanks for that.. I will buy the King Kebab.. Its actually a better deal than I said, as he also has a spare MPU5 unit for it.. So, I could either keep that for spare or sell it on.. So, £100 is quite good.. I have looked at the pics and its actually in VERY good nick.. The only problem is that...

Thansk for the tip about 'King Kebab'. I think I have found a nice one for a good price. I was told to go for Hot Stuff/HellRaiser/Vamp It Up/All Fired Up.. I missed out on a 'Vamp It Up' and looked at a few 'Hot Stuffs' but they were a bit scruffy due to the 'matalic body work'. I have now been off...
