can any body help i have jackpots that rock and roll and all the lights have stopped working on the board and the buttons only light which works is the light where the number is please help as cant play this many thanks

hi this is my 2nd time i have done this just got this machine with no refill key but all the others i just plugged it in and played after i put £30 in i had won£7.60 when collected the machine just said no games balance £5.60 i have a refill key can any please help me as i have no clue at all thanks...
