I still don't think I've got an answer here..... 1) OK so u get on a red hi lo and it starts redding after say £30. Then say it costs u about exactly £70 for a flat £70 do u carry on? Or venture back and hope for a quicker / bigger top next time? 2) It's all red from the start and u get £70 from £40...

I've found 50p play to be better. Purely for the obvious fact - u get more boards for your money.

And people like us that know when to gamble (to hit horseshoes or whatever) these extra boards give us an edge.

Well it offered streets ahead first which is shit and when I took lucky roll it came up with a wheel of fortune type reel which u spin. When it landed on £15 I was pressing buttons trying to collect thinking it might have given me some sort of "bankrupt" but I couldn't collect it so span o...

Yeah ok. Can cost a bit for a board though. Sometimes it even spins me a board straight after and kills me first gamble. Thanks.

Road to riches video

I've never minded these for a quick board. Can't lose much and can get a quick win pretty easily. Anyway nipped on one last night and off £3 got offered lucky roll. Well was playing poker in that pub so thought would take the quick profit. Well never taken it before on video and anyway span in £15. ...

nah I meant glowing with a low bullet is always a good sign.

And u didn't explain u mean purely getting mega start after a top is a sign?

How does mega start help? The only real sign is if it offers a really low bullet "red" board.

But apart from that I can't see if it's red and also for some reason mega start boards always seem to kill me before the exchange point so I can't even see what features it's offering.

I agree I'm not too bothered about massive tops. Like I said in the red section I've mainly been putting around £70 in for £100 tops which is fine. Greed is one big problem in this game. We've all had good days which have been pretty ruined just by playing one machine too many. And if people are cha...

Yeah but u can't get extra boards on these. It either costs loads or u get mega start or it kills u before first exchange point so u can't even see what it's offering.

Anyway next time I'm going for 2 pots no matter what. We'll see what happens...

£100 seems to be the way for Hi Low £70

Well I've forced 5 through and the highest top has been £100 every time. i.e. £70 / £15 / £15. Do u think this is what they mean by upto 2 repeats?! Not easy work either. For example one was redding after about £50 and gambling past £10. Took £85 for £70. So carried on. Then took it all back scarily...

If this helps it wasn't actually called SSS it came up with something else can't remember what (not much help I know but only took one on after a few beers)

Anyway I missed it as was not expecting it and killed myself hoping it would come back which it did. Flat £70.

Yeah I'll join in with bad news.

I was going for NR and after £60 in got SSS flat £70.

Now every other machine I have ever played SSS has been free (or it has another JP in it) but no flat dead.

Whipped £20 back off me in seconds and I walked.

And u say wild streak skips?? Any GOOD news?

Well here we go then.

I'm back tomorrow and on the hunt. Happy to go for one but really want some reassuring signs to make me feel like I'm not throwing money into a black hole.

There will be posts about the good, the bad and the ugly before the weekend so let's see.

Good luck kids
