I have seen a device - think it was a 9 pin DIN which was wired to lower the % payout, it was shown on tv a few months back on the hustler.

Going back to fiddling the %, seems anything is possible now days, proving it is another matter.

I hit the Red seven on Hot property expecting a shot between the 35 and the RTR, however it give you a shot from £15 upwards.. Needless to say, it did surprisingly enough give the the RTR..
