i would check that your MUX board has its status led lit. If not check the fuse tbh.

Seen this one on my travels. there is not logo on to tell you the brand but i think it is from a company called IGG. Hope that helps.

Also remove the sigle screw from the side plate and clean there.

TBH i would just use a damp cloth as recommended by the manu's
